The purpose of the ACC is to ensure The Woodlands remains a safe and pleasant place to live as well as to maintain the general design and character of the neighborhood as an exclusive golf course community.  Contact the chairperson with any questions regarding the covenants.  Please download the ACC APPROVAL REQUEST (rev 4 ff)[1].pdf to submit a renovation proposal for approval.  All renovations to home and/or yards (which includes but are not limited to pools, fences, and removal of trees/shrubs) must be submitted for approval PRIOR TO ANY ACTION to ensure one is not in violation of the Woodlands Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants for Woodbranch Section I Subdivision.pdf.  Notification of approval/denial shall be granted within two weeks receipt of proposal renovation submission.

Goals for 2010
