The purpose of the ACC is to ensure The Woodlands
remains a safe and pleasant place to live as well as to maintain the general
design and character of the neighborhood as an exclusive private golf course
community. Please contact the chairperson with any questions regarding the
covenants or to submit a renovation proposal for approval.
All renovations to home and/or yards (which includes but are not limited to
pools, fencing, and removal of trees/shrubs) must be submitted for approval
PRIOR TO ANY ACTION
to ensure one is not in violation of the Woodlands covenants. Notification of
approval/denial shall be granted within two weeks of receipt of proposed
renovation submission.

Beautification/Landscaping is responsible for the planning and execution of projects to maintain and improve the community areas of The Woodlands.

Block Captains are an excellent point of contact to
gather and distribute information. Get to know your block captain and all the information they
have available for you.
Crime Watch is a program of mutual assistance among neighbors aimed at reducing
crime in the Woodlands at the grass roots level. Get to know your neighbors and
get involved and crimes are least likely to occur. If you are interested in
working as a block captain, please contact (Volunteer Needed), Crime Watch
Program Director.
Please report any crime to our Deputy, the
Crime Watch Chairperson, and your block captain.
